Davide Biron joins the company as Chief Financial and Operating Officer to oversee all operational and financial aspects.
Davide brings over 25 years of C-level experience having worked in executive positions at leading international groups including the World Bank, GE and UniCredit (the 2nd largest bank in Italy).
Some of his key positions included CFO and Vice Chairman of GE Capital Italy where he oversaw 2.5 Billion Euros in financings; and various senior roles as UniCredit, including CFO of multiple divisions within the bank. Finally, Davide spent many years as an Executive Director of one of Malta’s leading finance groups overseeing their activities in Logistics and Oil & Gas Services. Davide will be based in Milan, where we will be establishing an Italian office, and provide global support on operational and financial aspects.
