Tunur is pleased to announce the establishment of an Advisory Board represented by leading experts and business leaders. The Advisory Board will support the Management and Board of Directors in defining the company strategy, growth and partnerships.
- Pierre Bernard will join our Advisory Board and become a member of the Executive Management Committee, to support the Management and Board in strategic decision making specifically in relation to EU policy and Strategic partners. Pierre has over 30 years’ experience in the energy sector in the US, Canada and Europe. Pierre was Chief Counsel and Head of Business Development at Elia group, where he led the acquisition of 50Hertz, the German Transmission grid Operator among other activities. Pierre is currently a senior advisor and board member to a number of internal institutions and entities and provides a wealth of experience on EU regulatory activities and Strategic partners.
- Gerke Visser will join our Advisory Board, to support the Management and Board in strategic decision making specifically in relation to power projects. Gerke has over 20 years of experience in delivering complex offshore projects across the world for groups such as Van Oord, Elia Group and EirGrid. He spent the last decade years delivery large scale offshore wind projects and subsea HVDC projects including the nemo Link the 1400MW interconnection between Belgium and the UK, co-owned by Elia group and National Grid.
- Dr Chiheb Bouden will join our Advisory Board, to support the Management and Board in decision making specifically in relation to green hydrogen and regional energy strategy. Currently Head of Department of Industrial Engineering, at the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT), Chiheb is leading many research programmes, including with the EU on Hydrogen and Solar Energy. Dr Bouden was formerly a Minister of Higher Education in Tunisia.
